We specialize in working with complex issues and fine details of alignment. If you are interested in series-based bodywork for chronic pain, postural issues, or refining your movement practice, we offer a free 15-20 minute consultation to discuss how our fascia-based bodywork can help you efficiently reach your pain reduction and alignment goals.

Online Somatic Resilience Sessions

Marla also offers online sessions to support your ongoing health and wellness. In addition to her background with Structural Integration, somatics, and movement, Marla is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), and Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) Certified Coach. Online sessions can focus on cultivating balance and resilience in both body and mind via wellness coaching, holistic nutrition, and a variety of meditative, movement, and bodywork-based self-care practices designed for home use—custom-tailored specifically to you with an eye for alignment, efficiency, and ease of implementation.

Office Policies

Payment Policy

Payment is due at or before time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks (from returning clients only), Apple Pay, and Android Pay. We also accept FSA and HSA cards for bodywork sessions. Gift certificates are available if you’d like to share the benefits of Structural Integration and Somatic Resilience with someone you care about.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments, “no-shows”, cancellations and reschedules with less than 48 hours advance notice will be charged for the full price of the scheduled session.

Late Arrivals

If you will be more than 5 minutes late, please text us at (415) 745-9471 to let us know you are on your way. Late arrivals are still responsible for the full price of the scheduled session.

Fragrance-Free Office

Please refrain from wearing perfumes or heavily-scented lotions to your session.
